The programs delivered by South Port Day Links are designed to support older people and people with a disability to engage through an Active Service Model. These programs connect people to the local community and enable people to live independently. SPDL supports participation in individual and social activities essential to everyday living, maintaining social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
