South Port Day Links (SPDL) aim is to enable residents to remain socially connected, independent and able to continue to live in their homes.

South Port Day Links (SPDL) programs are designed to encourage participation in individual and social activities, both inside and outside the home. The programs are designed for older people, people with a disability and the people that care for them.
